It is essential to us that you receive your order in a timely and professional manner. Our store offers more than 700 snack items. Because food is perishable, we only work with express courier and door to door service that requires a signature on delivery.
We deliver within 2-4 working days in Europe.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Rifai or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering outside of France.
Whenever we provide “free shipping in Europe”, the following countries are excluded:
Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.
